It's 11pm and I'm cutting out the birthday invitations for my kiddo ready for him to take to school tomorrow. I'm nervous for him. His teacher says he's been pushing friends away and regressing socially. His #mentalhealth has taken a nosedive. He's only turning 7. But he's a beautiful kiddo at heart and I love him to bits.
@bonzo this gives me hope 😄 my kiddo can be pretty intense at times but he is a good kid at heart.
@gabzi3la this reminds me so much of when my son was at school (he has autism and adhd too) it broke my heart the struggles around friendships. he is 27 now and lives independently and drives a car. he has turned into a lovely kind calm man, when as a kid he was pretty wild!
