2023 so far: 3 stars...can't recommend, hopefully room to improve... No power since 4 min after midnight new years eve due to jackalopes firing automatic weapons. PG and E not planning repair til maybe this evening busy with larger outages caused by huge new year's eve storm. street flooding around town. Lots of old oaks in the hood toppled. But wife, cats and i are safe. We have heat due to gas wall heaters. Made it to work today. We will move forward....
