@corlin @XSGeek my wife and I have been roasting our own coffee for maybe a year and a half now. It's a lot easier than most people think, it can save you tons of money, and it's fun.

Green coffee beans are like eight to ten bucks a pound for single origin, fair trade beans, and they keep for years in a cool, dry place (vs. roasted coffee which is only good for about two weeks).
