Ugh. If I read one more fucking article by an idiot who doesn’t understand the economy was a heartbeat away from a Great Depression four years ago I’m going to fucking scream.

We now have COVID vaccinations. The economy is healthy. More people are working than in 2020 (we had a recession then, did you know that? Most people don’t BECAUSE IT WAS SO FUCKING AWFUL).

@feloneouscat I don't think that any of the idiots who voted for him "because the economy" realize that the only reason they are able to afford anything now, after greedy corporations jacked up prices when supply was low during COVID (but kept them jacked now that supply is back), is BECAUSE the economy is so strong. Wait until those tariffs hit, the GDP sinks, and the entire world goes into a recession. Will they admit their ignorance then, or dig their heels in? 🤔
