I do exercises every day that do precisely that. I THOUGHT last year the worst I would have to get through was cancer.
I didn’t realize after chemo and radiation Id have to contend with this.
@feloneouscat @YouInMyEye they may have neglected to tell you that chemo & radiation can cause exhaustion & brain fog that lasts multiple years. it took me about 5 years to get over my radiation induced brain fog
