Ohio judge tells Republican politician to bite him:

“Unlike the Attorney General, this Court will uphold the Ohio Constitution’s protection of abortion rights. The will of the people of Ohio will be given effect.”

Despite “voters passed an amendment enshrining the right to abortion in the state constitution,” the AG said who ya going to trust me or the loser voters?

Apparently, the AG can’t violate the state constitution—a win!
