Although Trump has said that he would deport criminals first, these people would be easier. And Trump is all about easy:

@feloneouscat even when those dreamers are going to college and work ? The requirements to get those documents surely have something about no criminal record or something like that . He doesn’t care about honest people, he cares about power only , he is afraid of non white people.
I suspect Trump will go for easy wins. He will frame them as criminals.
I do not see him caring about whether they have a criminal record. There are no mitigating circumstances.
He tried to expel them once. And it was a different court then.
He will be successful this time.
