The US cannot tax foreign countries. Period. By definition a tariff is imposed on goods sold in the US.

They ran as a team. I’m guessing CNN didn’t read the article they referenced. MIKE PENCE said she and Biden would ban fracking. She said that was not true.
How the fuck do you get more clear than that?
It is mentioned ten times and nine of them were Pence attacking Harris lying about what Harris would do.
