@feloneouscat: The Dem ought to introduce legislation that would make it mandatory for everyone with a concealed carry firearm should rush to any and all active shooter alerts and be the Good Guys with the Guns, no legal enforcement powers otherwise at all but just barging in to save the day. Also, if/when anyone draws down on someone in a bar/pub, the doors have to be locked until after the legally mandatory duel is complete and a clear winner decided by popular vote of patrons.
