Conservative SCOTUS has been very confused about the concept of rights: rights are NOT determined by the Constitution. This has been a very stupid disinformation tactic of the Right.
Nor can a right be changed into a privilege without denigrating the whole concept of a right.
The Court has done a pisspoor job because Conservative SCOTUS is corrupt.
