Sometimes Midjourney is a fight where instead of things getting better they just end up crappier and crappier.
I WANTED more of a leg on the horse. What I got was the face melting like the Nazis in Indiana Jones.
This is where it really is easier to fix it yourself.

This one isn’t too bad if you don’t care if your robotic horse has three front legs (“it moves 25% faster is what the salesman said”).
None of these are difficult to fix (art, like engineering, is work), but you have to patch it keeping the rest of the style consistent.
Fortunately tools today are so awesome.
