Senate Committee assumes that Ramirez misidentified Kavanaugh with Maxey (another Yale graduate). Republicans however get tripped up by time:
“In an interview with the Guardian, Maxey confirmed that he was still a senior in high school at the time of the alleged incident, and said he had never been contacted by any of the Republican staffers who were conducting the investigation.”
THROW KAVANAUGH OUT!
Well, that and Maxey was a senior in High School. That kind of changes things.

More reporting fallout from Doug Liman's doc about Kegger. The interesting bits are that Stier's name keeps coming up as confirming? the Ramirez allegations and the Maxey dude (who is a GOP operative) denying it was him...cuz he wasn't there.
