As I have pointed out, Bobby Jindal was right — the Republican Party is the Stupid Party and has no desire to be anything BUT the stupid party.
They're going to stupid themselves into getting smoked in the next election, and that's just fine.

It's a non-binding resolution, the Wyoming legislature officially hates electric cars. They can't stop you from buying one, owning one, or driving one, and they can't deny you a registration or a license.
Just theatrics, nothing more.
