So, reduction in mag capacity is now a bad thing?
I thought dying from gunshot wounds was bad.
Reducing mag capacity in no way changes your gun. It still works. It will still kill. It just won’t kill as much at one time without reloading.
Here’s the kicker: SCIENCE PROVES IT!

A magazine that holds 3 rounds does not prevent the user from using their gun. If abortion is kosher because it’s not mentioned, then the same applies to gun magazines.
There is no Original Intent regarding large magazines for guns. Ergo they can be reduced in size without violating the Constitution.
