In Colorado, Trump tried to delay this in the courts and was rejected. The trial date is October 30, and we'll see then how his ballot eligibility goes for 2024.
If Colorado is successful, will other states then follow? Let's hope so.
@factivist_0207 I'm very interested to see how the case turns out. State and federal supreme courts are kinda all over the place about who has the final say in state ballot access.
I worked for a fringe Democratic presidential candidate back in 1992 who was blocked by the Florida state court from the primary ballot. The court's reasoning was the Democratic party didn't want him there.
There was no point (or money) to go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
CounterSocial is the first Social Network Platform to take a zero-tolerance stance to hostile nations, bot accounts and trolls who are weaponizing OUR social media platforms and freedoms to engage in influence operations against us. And we're here to counter it.
