@tirebiter73 You know, that's immaterial in my mind. I don't think a chokehold of any kind was warranted on a stationary train with all the doors open. He wasn't harming anyone. He was yelling. All people had to do was get off the damned train. And if Penny was strong enough to do a chokehold, then those helping him hold this guy down coudl simply have moved him off the damned train. No excuses.
