As we get closer to the election you may see more of these shorties here. This election is extremely important to the balance of power on the Wisconsin state Supreme Court. In Wisconsin, the SCOTUS judges are ELECTED, not appointed.
It affects many issues in the state including, but not limited to, women's reproductive rights. It is considered a "swing" seat. The New York times is calling this the most important election of 2023.
