Too many people, when hurt and disappointed by others, direct hostility at themselves.

If you have been wounded by another person, you deserve compassion and comfort, not self-hate.

It seems very obvious in writing but so many people struggle with this in their lives.

We moved to our land in NC at the end of September 2017. This is the first snowfall in December of that year. Note: We'd been in New Orleans for twenty years and hadn't seen snow in all that time. This was a treat.
