Iโm besieged by anxiety, too. Deep breaths and try staying in the moment are helping. Plus Iโve got my nose in a book which is taking up a lot of head space.

I finish one book then right into another...anything fiction. I sleep much better at night.

Same here! I'm definitely feeling the effects, despite my best efforts. They do help, but they don't make it go away.
I think it's great to be able to share our feelings with each other! When we keep worries inside, they fester in the darkness. Out in the light, all problems do have solutions.
Bottom line, I really think we're going to win this! But until we do, all we can do is try to stay strong and keep each others' spirits up. โค๏ธ
