Ok all. Have a question for ya. How many of you own a hybrid or full electric car? Reason I ask is after yesterdays repair on my 2011 VW Tiguan I'm ready to move on from it I had insurance that took care of most repairs but expired when loan was paid off and it's nickel and diming now so not worth to keep. I know the fuel efficiency benefits and better for environment. But my biggest concern is I live in central NY and it gets cold! Do they deal with cold well?
I had an all electric Nissan Leaf when I lived in Hawaii, so I never had any cold weather. I would love to get an electric vehicle now but would get a plug-in hybrid. There are times I need to make a long road trip and I want the peace of mind not to have to find a charging station.
@evamarie that's my thinking too and with my luck if I went full electric that's exactly would happen 🤣 I have a penchant for finding obscure places 😂
