@estherschindler between this and the recipes that are buried in a novella about aunt Betty's favorite summer meal that has nothing to do with the recipe itself, I've been giving up on recipe sites and going back to the books, winging it, or only taking personal recommendations from someone I know that used it. (Which coso fills marvelously) 😍
