2 grams of chili (any) per pound of ground pork is just about the right amount in this household

i am amazed on how good cobanero (Capsicum annuum L.) chili is, plenty hot and a great smoky flavor, 10/10 absolutely recommended

and day pretty much done...

very thankful for today, i tried running 10 minutes, i felt i was going to keel over and die... but you have to start somewhere
