Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague Karim Khan is already entangled in a sexual harassment scandal currently under investigation by an external body, something his supporters have blamed on Israel. But now, his hiring the services of the British law firm Bindmans, a law firm linked to Palestinian advocacy, has put him in even more of a bind.
Multiple ICC staff with knowledge of the allegations against Karim Khan said the prosecutor and another official close to him repeatedly urged the woman to disavow claims about his behaviour towards her - The woman at the heart of the allegations – who ICC colleagues describe as a well-regarded lawyer in her 30s who worked directly for Khan – has declined requests for comment. -
Do Conflicts of Interest just not matter anymore?
The Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court should not ever be in a sexual harassment scandal- even if it's a setup- he knows better than to engage law firms like these.
Here in America, we've got the richest guy in the world putting millions into our Presidential campaign who will profit billions on govt contracts while he's in charge of cost-cutting the federal budget & advising trump!
@ecksmc Oh , no time like the present- resign now Karim Khan.
Or face an investigation with the world watching.
Fuck it- we will watch it anyways.
This hiring decision may place him in a significant conflict of interest, potentially undermining his efforts to issue arrest warrants

Additionally, the law firm has ties to Khan's brother, Imran Ahmad Khan, and reportedly sponsored his involvement in an inquiry committee related to the detention of two Saudi citizens by the regime.
