Time and time again its been proven they do this Bush, Reagan etc.... They all had legal scholars bend the constitution via law to suit their agenda

@ecksmc Claiming something and being right about something are two different things. I have found with the GOP these two things are never compatible.

@ecksmc: The GOP owns SCOTUS and a lot of federal judges. It makes sense that they'd make a run for the courts. I wager that several red state governors, AGs, and state and local Elections Commissioners are looking for legal grounds for keeping Harris off the November ballot.
And saying the Dems will just write her in isn't quite a flex. Write-ins don't historically do all that well, except for Strom Thurmond a while back.
We'll see, I s'pose.
@ecksmc *sigh* The Constitution states that the President AND the Vice President must be a "natural born citizens," so it's odd that Dr. John Eastman didn't have a problem 3.5 years ago when she was picked for VP.
But if we can't trust a guy who was convicted of conspiracy, fraud, and forgery, who has a suspended license to practice law, and is facing disbarment, who can we trust?
