The "colonizer" blood libel came from the KGB in 1964. Which is ironic considering how Imperial, Soviet, and current Russia became the size that it is, and what it is doing today.
There were Jews living in the Holy Land when the Ottoman Empire was born (1299–1453) and on the day that empire collapsed (1920).
