I have a theory they know who LockbitSUPP is they found out it was a minor and couldn't release the name back in Feb when operation cronos was happening

And that minor has been corporation with authorities now they have more names....

Or after finding out lockbitsupp was a minor the minor has now turned of age where they can now legally name who it is and they've just been waiting hence the time gap
