Reading mode: A more accessible screen reading for #Android
Tap Install.
Once installed, head to your settings and tap Accessibility.
Look for and tap Reading Mode.

or just enable the reader mode via chrome://flags if you don't wanna instal the app i posted
that new feature once installed and enabled works in all apps even brave
tested it a while back and had it reading my calendar app and documents in docs app works pretty good for txt to speech
its not limited to chrome only 👍
