Man I seriously almost walked out tonight, I was talking to The plant one supervisor about cold chain over there because they asked if I wanted to come to plant one.... apparently they have five people doing cold chain and they only run a couple cold chain products... So right now I'm doing the work of five people in plant two, getting stressed TF out with little to no help, no back up, no room in all 5 of my coolers (each cooler is the size of a house)..

Yeah, that's no pinches bueno, bro! It's been sounding for a while like it's time to plan a change, I know the signs. That option to work at the other plant might be just the ticket!
You've been there about a year or more now, haven't you? That always looks good. Everybody needs a good forklift operator. Might be time to start handing out some job apps.

I also have to do receiving, stage & issue product for production, put away finished product, help IQA pull product for inspections help production find product to do rework unbury everything That other shifts bury in the coolers, make sure stuff gets over here from other off-site locations...
They need to pay me a hell of a lot more because they're adding more production lines and it's hard enough to keep up as it is
