Former compliance officer of several 501c3 non-profits and can confirm the statements in the video are correct. Not to mention there's lots of additional IRS, FEC, & Federal criminal law violations, including accepting donations from foreign gov'ts.

I would be cautious about disinformation. We can't confirm that the information in the data dump is 100% correct. One of the most effective techniques of disinformation is to put a lot of accurate confidential information with some fake stuff scattered through. The victim can't deny the fake stuff without confirming the true stuff.
Lots of foreign interests don't back Biden or Trump; they just want to keep the US in internal turmoil.
Heritage is on record acknowledging it is their data. However the caveat is that it was from their previous website that was not maintained and was 2-3 yrs old.
Ok, again I can't verify this - the original video is on IG but I am sharing the same video from threads (I'll post the IG link in another comment) - but this video shows a list of IP's that are all located in China - also bares mention of the IRS information for the FBI :)
