Really bleeped off right now. I was all set for 4-day weekend but the other guy who works in my department decided to take this whole week off and the thing is he has FMLA so they can't do anything about it. He's protected even though he's using the system. So the problem is somebody has to be here to run my department Friday which means I'm going to have to be here they can't force the other guy to come in because of his FMLA bullshit, echnically they can't force me to come in either but...

@MrGoat no they won't fire me, But they can make me forfeit my vacation and take it another different day
@MrGoat everybody knows he's using this system and he's actually come right out and admitted it and that's where the problem is because nobody can do anything about it, because he is protecting by law... My vacation actually hasn't been approved yet because there was going to be several other people off as well, It was supposed to get approved tomorrow but now it's up in the air because of this asshole...
@MrGoat The worst part about it is that most of us expected this that's why my day off was put on hold.. But this dude kept promising everybody he'd be here he'd be here blah blah blah blah and he's not here so..
@duglop So let me get this right - They won't allow you time off but they will fire you if you don't show up that day? LOL
