PSA - AFAIK, the only alternative sweeteners not known to be particularly harmful are as follows:
- Sugar alcohols (xylitol, maltitol, etc)
- Stevia
- Monk fruit
- Saccharin
Everything else shows signs of severe adverse health impacts. Aspartame/Ace-K appear to be genotoxic+carcinogenic & aspartame is associated with mental illness; sucralose appears to increase sugar cravings & insulin resistance among other things; advantame/neotame seem to harm GI tract & are new so data's sparse...
