@duglop True but it sure looks life 6/3 or 5/4 SCOTUS is going to give him a free pass and even if he gets convicted on state charges appeals will make it well after the election before he's serve time and even then if he is elected again he can with the help of his GOP friends in congress, pass laws that let a POTUS raise state charges to federal court and then have them assigned to a willing judge to dismiss them.
