I was thinking about when I was living in Columbus Ohio and it was either 2005 or 2006 they had an event called fire on water or something like that.. it was a big celebration, they had fire acrobat performers, fireworks, all kinds of different music and food and various performers, and on the river they had anchored rafts that had fire pits all over the river burning... That really was a lot of fun... Wish Rockford would do something like that but they'd end up burning the city down
