@Jezibaba well that might happen a little later on because at the moment I can't get to the floor lol
@duglop I understand. I hope you're able to get mobile soon. Xoxo
@Jezibaba thank ya darlin... It's kind of funny My original plan and goal was to just kick back and do absolutely nothing for the weekend and now I'm forced to do just that... It's more than likely lower lumbar strain that has triggered a nasty back spasm as well... I do not recommend it 😂
@duglop Your body said Yay! Downtime! And took you seriously.
I will gladly take your rec. 😶🌫️
@Jezibaba So how was your Christmas and New Year's and all that mine was very quiet but the days in between Christmas and New Year's were very stressful at work very busy short-handed not fun and I'm sure that probably played into this cuz I'm pretty physically exhausted from all of it
@duglop I automatically assumed it was because of your work. 😕
I was beaching it this year from the 24th to the 3rd. Left the winter wilds of Alaska for 10 days. Rejuvenated.
Is this a common occurance with your back?
@Jezibaba Glad you had a good time in Alaska and yes this is quite common for my back I get very very nasty back spasms all the time because of my scoliosis but it just was so much more profound and different this time I see a trip to the chiropractor in my near future
@duglop A very good idea to get some help with your spine. I hope it is muscular and nothing more. 🖤
@duglop I watched my dad deal with this for years. I know when my back starts to play gotcha. A sneeze is the devil.
if you can get to the floor, lie in your back and try to pull your knees up to your chest.
