Not a bad new gaming music video TV chair... It's got two tweeters built in and a subwoofer built in as well... Bluetooth and its own built-in light show and it's fairly comfortable... $140 and very easy to assemble.. I'm satisfied with it

@heyitsmikeyu thank you I was actually going to get a portable one and then I saw this and I saw that it's also foldable and basically portable but it's good enough as it is

@Gord02 I feel like Captain Picard when I say engage or make it so now from this chair lol
But I am seriously impressed with the audio on it

@duglop "Attention: John Harrison. This is Captain Hikaru Sulu of The USS Enterprise. A shuttle of highly trained officers is on its way to your location. If you do not surrender to them immediately, I will unleash the entire payload of advanced long-range torpedoes currently locked on to your location. You have two minutes to confirm your compliance. Refusal to do so will result in your obliteration. And If you test me, you will fail."
— (Acting) Captain Hikaru Sulu.

@duglop where did you get it from or what's the model-manufacturer?

@NorthernInvader The best way to show you is with a screenshot ... Walmart carries it but I'm sure you can get it elsewhere they also carry a portable version of it without the pedestal

@NorthernInvader I think that works out to be roughly the same with American money give or take. I haven't checked rates lately

@duglop Nope! $140 in American dollars means we'd pay roughly $191 in Canada. The price @NorthernInvader found is a total rip off. 😬 (Maybe they'll have a better deal here on Cyber Monday? 🤷‍♀️ )
Here's a converter site i've used for years, and it converts exchange rates from all over the place 🙂

@duglop

$259.99CAN (at Canadian Tire) is the best price I found.

@Christmas_Snow if you know of any better please let me know. but at $260 I can get this locally so no additional shipping charges, which as I live in a mall town 300+km away from any major shopping city, is always a concern here.

@NorthernInvader Other than Staples or Walmart, i can't think of another place that might have them other than there, but that's a darn shame you have to pay that price (though i can relate, since there's limited shopping choices where i live too).

If you go ahead and get it CT though, keep your receipt and check the price again on Cyber Monday to make sure they haven't lowered it more. If they have, you can contact them and get those savings applied to you as well. 😉

@duglop

@Christmas_Snow @duglop closest Staples is Kelowna so there would be delivery costs. I'll wait until Monday and go to CT then.

@NorthernInvader I wouldn't wait. Go ahead and buy if it's on sale! All i'm saying is that for a couple of weeks after you purchase, keep an eye out for the price on it and if you find it goes cheaper, you can get that discount too by going there an *politely* pointing it out to them. 🙂 I used to work there, and processing a return is a pain in the ass--they'd sooner give you the money difference than have to do a return process and put it back in stock! 🙃

@duglop

@NorthernInvader And you're very welcome indeed like I said I love the audio quality in the speakers and it's fairly comfortable, very simple and quick and easy to assemble it does swivel but not freely if you understand my meaning... I think it was pretty worth the price

@duglop $140 USD is $191 CAD right now but I need a new office chair so I might consider this
