Any Florida friends on right now? How goes the cleanup efforts from that prick Ian? Hoping life is getting back to semi normal there!
@SassySherry7 @duglop A lot has been picked up in Cape Coral, but there's still more to be done.
@duglop I live in central Florida and Ian still caused a lot of damage where I live but mostly with downed trees. I've lived in Florida for over 25 years, I've never seen hurricanes this bad. That started getting more powerful and coming over Florida more in the early 2000s. The beaches were also pretty devastated from what coworkers said.
@duglop I am not from there but my friend in Cape Coral finally got his garage door replaced this week and will get his roof replaced in the next 6 weeks. Very slow going.
@duglop New Smyrna and Ft Meters still bad...as well as Daytona. But it seems most of debris is cleaned up
