@chrisfu I love books too. As a kid I kept science and geographic books with maps in the house. History was one of my favorite subjects in school especially world history 😩

If you're #autistic or #adhd and have special 'collecting' interests what are some of yours? One of mine is stationery I have too many journals & pretty pens than I know what to do with

@slasher48 I do the headphone thing and turn off the lights for about....two hours. It helps half of the time but sometimes I'm so overstimulated that it has no effect 😤

As someone who is #auDHD I find it very difficult to 'wind down' after a long day of 'masking' and being wired. Half a glass of red wine usually helps but I'm not a routine drinker. Somebody help
