Someone or something is absolutely hammering my Microsoft account and sending me one time login codes. I've gotten 30 since 8 this morning.

I've had similar issues. Realized at least 3 relatives I've never met, but with the same surname (which I don't use in real life anymore), were using that name to try to log in, and they were forgetting to put their initial in front of their login. (Literally everyone with that name is related. It's very rare.) Sometimes I also get their email.
I was on the internet early, so that name with no initial is usually me - pretty much everywhere. π
@Agatha the funny thing is I can't tell which Hotmail amount this is happening to, it started the other day, so I'm assuming someone's trying to break into my Azure account for whatever reason.
They're gonna be disappointed af when they get in and realize the only actual information is the credit card number and even then it's not mine. So I hope they get in and feel stupid as shit for wasting their time.
Hotmail is still a thing?? π±
@Agatha I know right?? I have 2 accounts from like 2002 that are still active. That's the only Microsoft account I think of besides that new Azure account I made.
@dr_zooks Are you using SMS messages or the MS Authenticator app? If you're still using SMS, I suggest you change to the app.
