Two companies sent me those psych eval tests to go with my application. Based on previous feedback, I started applying for higher level positions and I guess this is part of it? I haven't done one of these in years.
@dr_zooks I have never seen a psychological evaluation for a company that wasn't ludicrous bullshit, being either used in ludicrous ways or ignored.
I feel about the same way about these as I do when a company gets a handwriting analysis of you.
@AskTheDevil companies are weird, some want psychological tests, some want handwritten, I've seen polygraphs on a few, and they all want that delicious, delicious pee. The shit I've seen some companies do to get as much as my tasty pee as possible is staggering.
@AskTheDevil and just for the record, I don't think urine is tasty. But the amount of it I've had to give companies leads me to believe it HAS to be delicious and they're all drinking it.
