"I haven't heard from you since August!"
True, you haven't heard from me since August, yet in that time, you haven't reached out to say "hi" to make sure I'm okay. While you've been sitting there thinking you haven't heard from me, you haven't taken a simple step toward hearing from me. You didn't really want to hear from me enough to start the conversation.
@divisionbyzero So much this. Communication goes both ways. I get tired of being the one to initiate texts and calls. It gets very old to the point I cut those fairweather losers outta my life.
@divisionbyzero My family does this to me all the time. Not one of the MFers will reach out to me, they just pile "guilt" on me for not reaching out to them when they feel like they want to hear from me. One of many reason I don't really want too talk to any of them.
