Chilly day only 4C but sunny. We did the early morning costco trip we needed gas and groceries.

Planning on having a relax day now. Hope your day goes well.

What a great day we had a nice drive to the mountains and I had a walk around without pain!!

So far the cortisone shots are working one more on Wed.
