Nothing like being on hold and dealing with an account problem online.
Tech support didn't seem to understand you can not* send a text to a landline I am talking to you on.

Sounds like GoDaddy. Maybe the worst "support" I've ever encountered.

A neighbor learned the hard way when his house was on fire and he tried to dial 911 on his cell phone.
