Crazy to think that 2012 was the last “normal” election cycle.
Gosh, how I fucking miss the days when everyone considered politics boring online.

@DarksideStraxus arguably i think you could trace the death of normal/boring politics to 2010 and the rise of the tea party. maybe the first black president was like a bonk on the head that changed america's personality, and the first woman president will be another bonk on the head that reverts us back to normal.
