@dietotaku Working adjacent to this industry I see too many women (and men) who've had 'work done'. The 'before' picture was so much better but their career depends upon a 'look' and they spend thousands to 'look a certain way'. It's so sad.
@ReneeVoiceBrand @dietotaku I liked how they looked before their surgeries much better than afterwards. They look natural before, after they look like caricatures of themselves. It’s not a good look.
@cjcrew @dietotaku I agree. Sadly they see 'fault lines' when they look in their mirrors instead of 'life lines' where their faces show how they've lived and loved and cried.
@ReneeVoiceBrand @dietotaku The lines on my grandmother’s face were what I remember and loved most about her. They showed she lived long and well.
yes please, I would like to see more women in movies and television who look their age, instead of 80yos who look like a Dollar General Barbie version of themselves from all the fillers and Botox.
