idiotic. of course abstinence is realistic. of course quitting drugs is realistic. this "harm reduction" bullshit has gone from "we want people to use drugs safely" to "we want people to use drugs." I fucking hate it here.

also, how can you claim to be a leader in harm reduction when you're also a leader in overdose deaths? doesn't seem like you're actually reducing harm if you ask me.
