Does anyone else believe that the outgoing President needs to make a directed speech to the entire military that their first and foremost loyalty is to The Constitution??

@InvaderGzim I have to believe they are making plans for the transition.
I hope those plans involve converting as many government appointments over to independent positions as possible. And lots and lots of executive orders on Biden's way out including a pardon for his son. He should not make it easy for Trump to take over or dismantle our government. It should be blockade after pothole after speed bump after diversion after wait period after delay etc.
