I saw this comment on the above video. I'm not a medical expert but this seems plausible at least. Watch the video for clips showing Trump glitch out. His brain is failing.
@AlphaCentauri I think it is possible for seizures to be quick like this. Most people are familiar with the grand mal type but they're not the only kind. Some seizures have no outward indications at all except the person might freeze for a period of time.

nah, partial seizures wouldn't be lightning quick like that. I think he's had a small stroke and is having more trouble moving his tongue around, though.
