A few weeks back, I was one of the most vocal critics here of the push by the "wealthy elite" Democrats to depose #Biden, who already had been chose as the party's presidential candidate. In particular, I hated their pulling campaign funds to force the issue.
A month later, we have the dynamic #Harris2024 #Walz ticket, which has re-energized the party and the nation. #Trump is free-falling in the polls. (1/2)
Although I hate how it was done, I have to acknowledge that the "wealthy elite" were right. It was a rotten way to force the issue, but in the end it was the right call.
Who knows where we'd be now, if #Biden had insisted he was the legitimate candidate (which he was).
