Here's an oddity.
Wife has false uppers. Saturday night, as usual, she took them out and put them on the bedside table as always. Sunday morning, gone.
Went through all the crochet baskets by the table. Moved all the furniture. Nothing.
We haven't had opossum in nearly 6 months after the new security protocols went into effect. (aka cats decided no more possums. ever.)
Mouse? Well there was an open foil pack of almonds there that was untouched.
Baffled
@Graci look thru all the bedding, in the pillows, any reachable drawers. Sounds like someone was dreaming and may have picked it up from the table.
I've removed my rings and watch in my sleep before, I found them at the bottom of the bed, where the flat sheet tucks in.
@kismatt @Graci I was going to suggest something like that. Check the bathroom too. It's just a sleepwalk away for an absent-minded nighttime visit.
I forgot my cell phone in my pants pocket once. Was packing for a trip and PACKED them! Thought I'd lost it for a week! Once you find them you might have a story of your own to tell. 😁
