Judge Merchan postponing the sentencing of Trumpy now to November 26th means if Trumpy loses Merchan is free to lock him up for many months.
If Merchan was just going to give vanilla probation he could have done that without perceptions of impacting the election. So Merchan must be considering more severe punishment.
My vote for Harris will be a vote for serious accountability of Trumpy’s crimes.
